Slow Cooker Cubed Beef

Slow Cooker Cubed Beef using just three ingredients:

Ingredients:

1. 2 pounds of cubed beef stew meat

2. 1 packet (1 oz) of dry onion soup mix

3. 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:

1. Prepare the slow cooker: Lightly coat the slow cooker with grease or use nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine ingredients: Place the cubed beef in the slow cooker, sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top, and add the cream of mushroom soup. Stir until the beef is well coated.

3. Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.

4. Serve: This dish pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.

Optional:

For a thinner gravy, consider adding a splash of beef broth, or enhance the flavor with a dash of garlic powder.
