Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken is an excellent option)
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
– ¼ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– 4 large flour tortillas
– ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer:
– Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
– Air Fryer: Adjust to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. If desired, incorporate ranch dressing for enhanced flavor.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
Place the tortillas on a flat surface and distribute the chicken mixture evenly among them. Roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring the sides are tucked in to create a secure wrap.
4. Brush & Cook:
Apply melted butter to each wrap for a crispy, golden finish.
– Oven: Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
– Air Fryer: Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are golden and crispy.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
Serve the wraps warm, accompanied by extra ranch, marinara, or your preferred dipping sauce.
