4-Ingredient Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake! 🍋🍰

Ingredients:

– 1 box of lemon cake mix
– 1 can (21 oz) of lemon pie filling
– 8 oz of softened cream cheese
– ½ cup of melted unsalted butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Evenly spread the lemon pie filling across the bottom of the dish.
3. Place spoonfuls of the softened cream cheese on top of the pie filling, swirling gently with a knife for better distribution.
4. Evenly sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix over the cream cheese—there’s no need to mix it in!
5. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, ensuring to cover as much of the surface as possible.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. This cake is delightful warm or at room temperature, and pairs wonderfully with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
