Breakfast Pizza with Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

2 beaten eggs

1 pre-baked pizza crust

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Once done, remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside, retaining the grease in the pan.

2. Prepare the Gravy: In the same skillet, add the flour to the sausage grease and whisk until well combined. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.

3. Assemble the Pizza: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Evenly spread the sausage gravy over the pre-baked pizza crust.

4. Add the Toppings: Distribute the cooked sausage over the gravy, then pour the beaten eggs evenly across the pizza. Finally, sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top.

5. Bake: Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the eggs are fully cooked.
