Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
– 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
– 2 cloves minced garlic
– 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.

2. Prepare the Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and thoroughly cooked. Drain any excess fat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, stirring to combine. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the cream cheese until it is melted and smooth. Then, incorporate the shredded cheddar cheese and set the mixture aside to cool slightly.

3. Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

4. Assemble the Bombs:
Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch them together to seal, ensuring there are no openings. Position each sealed “bomb” seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Garlic Butter Topping:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
