Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, combine the flour and eggs, whisking them together. Gradually incorporate the milk and water, mixing until well combined. Add the salt and melted butter, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
2. Preheat the Pan
Place a lightly oiled non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat to warm.
3. Cook the Crepes
Pour ¼ cup of the batter into the pan, then tilt it in a circular motion to evenly distribute the batter.
4. Cooking Duration
Allow the crepe to cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until the underside is a light golden brown. Use a spatula to flip it and cook the other side for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
5. Serve
Transfer the cooked crepes to a plate and continue with the remaining batter. Serve them warm with your choice of fillings—whether sweet (such as Nutella, fruits, or whipped cream) or savory (like cheese, ham, or sautéed vegetables).
