Air fryer potato
Air Fryer Red Potatoes serve as an excellent accompaniment to any upcoming enjoyable meals.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound red potatoes, thoroughly washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley (for optional garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for approximately 3-5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced red potatoes with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Add the garlic powder, paprika, dried rosemary (if using), salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Toss the mixture again to ensure the potatoes are uniformly seasoned.
Once the air fryer has reached the desired temperature, place the seasoned red potatoes in a single layer within the air fryer basket, taking care not to overcrowd it to facilitate proper air circulation.
Cook the red potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
Monitor the potatoes closely as the cooking time nears completion to avoid burning. Adjust the cooking duration as necessary, depending on the size of the potatoes and your preferred level of crispiness.
When the red potatoes achieve a golden brown exterior and are fork-tender inside, carefully remove them from the air fryer basket.
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a serving dish and, if desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve the air fryer red potatoes hot as a delightful side dish alongside your preferred main course.
