Garlic Parmesan Pizza Grilled cheese

Ingredients:

– 4 slices of bread (sourdough or white bread are suitable)
– 4 tablespoons of softened butter
– 2 cloves of minced garlic
– 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
– 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
– Pepperoni slices or your preferred pizza toppings
– Optional: Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper

Instructions:

1. Create the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

2. Construct the Sandwiches:
Apply the garlic butter mixture to one side of each slice of bread. Turn the bread over and spread pizza sauce on the other side. On one slice, layer shredded mozzarella and your choice of pizza toppings, such as pepperoni or vegetables. Place another slice of bread on top, ensuring the garlic butter side is facing outward.

3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set the air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes.

4. Cook the Sandwiches:
Arrange the prepared sandwiches in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap. Air fry for 5-6 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted.

5. Serve and Enjoy:
Allow the sandwiches to cool for a minute before cutting them in half. Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
