Ground beef

Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces noodles (lo mein or spaghetti)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon minced ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set them aside.
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it is browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. If necessary, drain any excess fat.
Incorporate the minced garlic and ginger into the beef, cooking for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Introduce the cooked noodles to the skillet, ensuring they are well coated with the beef and sauce mixture.
Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes (if desired), and sesame seeds.
