Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Create the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

2. Marinate the Chicken: Introduce the chicken pieces into the bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the marinade. Allow the chicken to marinate for 10-15 minutes if time permits.

3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to preheat at 380°F (190°C) for approximately 3 minutes.

4. Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The chicken is done when it reaches a golden color and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

5. Serve: If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately alongside your preferred side dishes.
