Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 (10.75 oz) can of condensed tomato soup
1 (10.5 oz) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of cooked rice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Beef and Vegetables:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the onion and green bell pepper until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are soft. Drain any excess fat.
Mix the Ingredients:
Incorporate the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Prepare for Baking:
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Add Cheese:
Top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake:
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, garnish with sliced green onions.
