Crispy Air-Fried Salmon Bites
Ingredients:
1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed and diced into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for added crunch)
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. For an additional crunch, you may lightly coat the salmon with panko breadcrumbs.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the salmon is golden and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve alongside lemon wedges and your preferred dipping sauce.
