Blueberry Biscuits
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
1 cup milk, cold
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Gently stir in the milk until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
5. Fold in the blueberries carefully to keep them intact.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or lightly floured surface.
7. Bake for about 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
