Classic Hearty Reuben Bake

Ingredients:

8 slices of rye bread, cubed

1 pound thinly sliced or shredded corned beef

1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed

2 cups grated Swiss cheese

1 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Layer the Ingredients: In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the cubed rye bread. Layer with half of the corned beef, half of the sauerkraut, and half of the Swiss cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

3. Top with Dressing: Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the top.

4. Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve: Let it cool slightly before serving.
