Brownies
Muffin-Pan Brownies
Ingredients:
2 boxes of brownie mix
Ingredients listed on the brownie mix (water, oil, eggs)
1 additional egg (for a richer texture)
Nonstick spray
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions. Add an extra egg to make them extra chewy.
3. Generously spray the muffin pans with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
4. Pour the batter evenly into 24 muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the tops look set.
6. Let the brownies cool in the pans for 5 minutes. Then, gently pop them out using the tip of a butter knife.
