Creamy Chicken Casserole with Breadcrumb Topping

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

1 cup frozen corn (or canned corn, drained)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter

1/2 tsp dried herbs (like parsley or thyme), optional

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, corn, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

4. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and herbs (if using). Sprinkle this mixture evenly on top of the casserole.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
