Pecan pie

Ingredients:
1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. Roll out the pie crusts and press them into the bottom of the baking pan. Gently press together to cover the entire pan.
3. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
4. Fold in the pecans and pour the filling over the pie crust.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the edges are golden brown.
6. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
