Low-Carb Bacon Cheddar Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup crushed pork rinds (for coating)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Form Cheese Balls: Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

3. Coat with Pork Rinds: Roll each cheese ball in the crushed pork rinds until fully coated. This will give them a nice, crispy outer layer.

4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

5. Air Fry Cheese Balls: Place the cheese balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside.

6. Serve: Let the cheese balls cool slightly, then serve warm. Enjoy these crispy, cheesy, bacon-flavored bites!
