Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb ground sausage (pork or your favorite kind)

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups Bisquick or other baking mix

¼ cup cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

1 tbsp garlic powder (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, and optional cream cheese. Mix well until everything is fully combined.

3. Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a plate or tray. You should get about 24-30 sausage balls depending on size.

4. Air Fry: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the sausage balls in a single layer in the basket, making sure they don’t touch.

5. Cook: Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.

6. Check Doneness: Once they are golden brown and cooked through, remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.

7. Serve: Enjoy the sausage balls warm as a snack or appetizer!
