Cheeseburger Casserole:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then remove and chop. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, cook the ground beef with the diced onions until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Drain excess grease.
4. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, heavy cream, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
5. Spread the cooked ground beef mixture evenly in the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the cooked bacon pieces over the beef.
6. Top the beef and bacon with a layer of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the casserole is set in the center.
9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
