BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

1 rack of pork ribs

1 cup BBQ sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and paprika.

3. Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

4. Unwrap and brush with BBQ sauce. Broil for 5-7 minutes to caramelize.

Baked Beans

Ingredients:

1 can of baked beans

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp mustard

1 small onion, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix beans, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, mustard, and onion in a baking dish.

3. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.

Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp pickle relish

Paprika for garnish

Instructions:

1. Halve the eggs and remove the yolks.

2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and relish.

3. Spoon mixture back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.

Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, and egg, then form into small meatballs.

3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

4. Simmer BBQ sauce and brown sugar in a saucepan and toss baked meatballs in the glaze.

Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook macaroni and set aside.

2. In a pot, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.

3. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.

4. Combine with macaroni, season, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes if desired.
