chicken in an air fryer:

Ingredients:

2 chicken thighs (or 4 chicken breasts)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix the spices (paprika, garlic, onion, pepper, salt, and herbs).

Rub the chicken with olive oil to coat it well.

Apply the spice mixture evenly over the chicken pieces.

2. Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 3 minutes.

3. Cooking:

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between the pieces for optimal air circulation.

Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through cooking (after 10-12 minutes).

Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 75°C (165°F).

4. Resting:

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
