Cheeseball

Pineapple Cheeseball:

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for coating)

Salt and pepper to taste

Crackers (for serving)

Instructions

1. Mix the Ingredients:

In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, green onions, diced red bell pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Shape the Cheeseball:

Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands.

3. Coat with Nuts:

Roll the cheeseball in the chopped pecans or walnuts until fully coated.

4. Chill:

Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.

5. Serve:

Serve with your favorite crackers.
