Beef Stew

**ingredients:**

°2 1-ounce pack dry onion soup mix

°1/2 tsp paprika

°2 pounds lean beef broth, cut into bite-size pieces

°5 medium sized carrots, peeled and diced

°2 to 3 cups baby carrots

°1 small yellow onion,

°2 cans 10 ounces cream of celery soup

°1 cup ketchup, you can replace it with tomato sauce if you don’t like ketchup

*Methods :

In a large plastic bag, combine soup mix with dried onions and peppers. Add the meat and shake the bag to coat the meat with the spices. (You may need to do this step in 2 batches, until all the meat comes in) Once the meat is coated, spread it evenly in a greased 7-quart slow cooker.

Boil meat evenly with diced potatoes, carrots and onions.

Combine cream of celery and ketchup in a small bowl. Pour mixture on meat and vegetables.

Covering slow cooker with the lid. Simmer 8 hours or until meat is tender and vegetables are tender. Stir to combine everything, then serve.
