Grilled Lemon-Oregano Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice of 2 lemons

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 1 tablespoon dried)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).

2. Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cucumber, grated and drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh dill (or mint)

Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Combine Ingredients: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until serving.

2 cups chopped cucumbers

2 cups chopped tomatoes

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup Kalamata olives

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for dressing

Instructions:

1. Mix Salad: Combine vegetables, olives, and feta in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.

Plating:

Serve the grilled chicken alongside the tzatziki and Greek salad. Consider setting the table with candles and soft music for a romantic atmosphere.
