Best Steak
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Add the steaks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until the desired degree of doneness is reached.
