**Ingredients:**

– 1 cup buttermilk
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– Vegetable oil for frying

– 1/4 cup butter
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 cups chicken broth
– Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**

1. **Marinate Chicken:**
– Place chicken thighs in a bowl, pour buttermilk over them, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
