No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional).

Instructions:
Start by mixing the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Make sure to stir it all together really well. Then, add in the powdered sugar and mix until everything is combined. If you want to include nuts, gently fold them in at this point. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place these on a tray lined with parchment paper. Pop them in the fridge for at least an hour to let them set. You can enjoy them as they are, or for a special treat, dip them in melted chocolate before chilling.
