Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta 🍝🥄
Ingredients 🛒
1 lb ground beef
8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Pasta:
Cook the bowtie pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes tender. Incorporate the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the ground beef and cook until it is browned, then drain any excess fat.
Prepare the Sauce:
Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce has thickened.
Combine:
Mix the cooked pasta into the beef and sauce, stirring until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve:
If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
