One-Pan Chicken

One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles Ideal for Busy Evenings!
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 8 ounces egg noodles
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
Prepare the Noodles: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Add the egg noodles, cover, and cook until they are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Combine: Mix in the butter and grated Parmesan cheese until they melt and create a creamy sauce. Return the chicken to the skillet to warm it through.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy while warm.
