Crockpot Chicken Pasta Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar) ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup chicken broth 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (optional, for added spice) 2 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine) Instructions: Prepare the Crockpot: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add Ingredients: Pour in the cream of chicken soup, cubed cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth. Stir gently to combine. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and can be easily shredded. Shred the Chicken: Use two forks to shred the chicken within the slow cooker. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
