Honeycrisp Apple Salad
Ingredients:
– 3 Honeycrisp apples, diced
– 2 celery stalks, chopped
– 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
– 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (toasted if preferred)
– 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Dressing:
– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
– 1–2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, chopped celery, halved grapes, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries.
2. In a separate small bowl, blend the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with honey and lemon juice until well combined.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to ensure everything is evenly coated.
