Mongolian Beef Noodle

Mongolian Beef Noodle Dish
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz noodles (lo mein or spaghetti)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp minced ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it is browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat if needed.
Incorporate the minced garlic and ginger into the beef, cooking for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
Mix in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar. Allow the mixture to simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, ensuring they are well coated with the beef and sauce.
Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes (if desired), and sesame seeds.
