One pan chicken

Ingredients:

– Chicken drumsticks or thighs
– Potatoes, cut into wedges
– Carrots, sliced
– Olive oil
– Seasoning (like salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried herbs, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Turn your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up for about 3-5 minutes.

2. Season the Chicken and Veggies: In a bowl, mix the chicken, potatoes, and carrots with olive oil and your favorite seasonings.

3. Arrange in the Basket: Lay the chicken and veggies in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If your air fryer is on the smaller side, you might need to do this in batches.

4. Cook the Chicken: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes. Remember to flip the chicken and stir the veggies halfway through. For the last 5-8 minutes, raise the temperature to 400°F (200°C) to get that crispy skin.

5. Check for Doneness: Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.

6. Serve: After cooking, let the chicken rest for 2-3 minutes before serving it with the veggies.
