Creamy beef soup

CREAMY BEEF TACO SOUP 🌮
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz beef broth
28 oz diced or crushed tomatoes
2 packets taco seasoning
4 oz salsa
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups cheddar cheese

In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the meat is browned.
Stir in the minced garlic, beef broth, tomatoes, salsa, and taco seasoning. Set the instant pot to High pressure for 2 minutes. After the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally.
Gradually mix in the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheeses are fully melted and the soup is well combined.
Serve hot, garnished with your preferred taco toppings.
This recipe can also be adapted for a crockpot after browning the beef.
