Crockpot Ranch Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
– 2 cups baby carrots
– 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
– 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup of milk

Instructions for Preparing Crockpot Ranch Chicken:
Begin by taking a small mixing bowl and combining the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix. Whisk these ingredients together until well blended.

Next, place the chicken breasts, carrots, and potato pieces into the slow cooker. Pour the prepared sauce over the top of the ingredients in the crockpot.

Finally, cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours if you prefer a shorter cooking time. If you wish to serve the chicken in smaller pieces, shred it after cooking and return it to the crockpot.

Tips:
If you notice that the sauce has separated after cooking, simply remove the chicken and vegetables from the crockpot. Whisk the sauce to recombine it, then return the chicken to the slow cooker.
