Zesty Garlic Parmesan Grilled Shrimp with Lemon-Herb Aioli

This dish delivers a burst of flavors! The zesty, garlicky shrimp pairs beautifully with the rich, tangy aioli.

Ingredients:

For the Shrimp:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Lemon-Herb Aioli:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Prepare the Shrimp:

In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Grill the shrimp over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.

Make the Lemon-Herb Aioli:

In a separate small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Serve:

Plate the grilled shrimp alongside the lemon-herb aioli.

Tips:

For an extra crispy texture, consider air frying the shrimp for 10-12 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
Adjust the heat level by varying the amount of red pepper flakes used.
