Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
– 1 cup cooked shrimp, diced
– 1 cup lump crab meat
– 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Incorporate the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and salt into the mixture.
4. Gently fold in the diced shrimp, crab meat, and chopped spinach until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
7. Once removed from the oven, allow it to cool slightly. Drizzle the lemon juice over the dip before serving.
