Cinnamon rolls

Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls:

Ingredients:

For the Rolls:

2 cups Bisquick Mix

½ cup Buttermilk

For the Filling:

¼ cup Butter, melted

½ cup Brown Sugar

2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

For the Glaze:

1 cup Powdered Sugar

2 tbsp Milk (or adjust for desired consistency)

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare an 8-inch round or square baking pan by greasing it.

2. Prepare the Dough:
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Bisquick mix with buttermilk until a soft dough is achieved. If the dough appears overly sticky, incorporate a little more Bisquick.

3. Roll Out the Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle approximately ¼-inch thick.

4. Incorporate the Filling:
Evenly brush the melted butter over the surface of the dough. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, then generously sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough.

5. Roll and Slice:
Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a log shape. Slice the log into 8-10 equal pieces.

6. Bake:
Arrange the rolls in the prepared baking pan with the swirled side facing up. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the tops achieve a light golden color.

7. Create the Glaze:
While the rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.

8. Glaze and Serve:
After removing the rolls from the oven, drizzle the glaze over them while they are still warm. Serve immediately and enjoy!
