2 large eggs
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Pie Crust: Roll out the pie crust and place it into a pie dish, setting it aside for later use.
3. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, ensuring to drain any excess fat.
4. Sauté Vegetables: Incorporate the diced onion, bell peppers, and garlic into the skillet, cooking until they are tender.
5. Layer Ingredients: Evenly distribute the shredded potatoes at the base of the pie crust, followed by the cooked beef and vegetable mixture.
