Air fryer pork

INGREDIENTS
– 2 center-cut, bone-in pork chops, 1 ½ – 2 inches thick
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 ½ teaspoons salt
– 1 ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
– 1 teaspoon ground mustard
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
– 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
2. Rinse the pork chops under cool water and thoroughly pat them dry with a paper towel.
3. In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
4. Apply olive oil to the pork chops and generously rub the spice mixture onto them, ensuring even coverage. Use nearly all of the rub for the two chops.
5. Place the pork chops in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through at the 6-minute mark.
