Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
– 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen hashbrowns (shredded or diced)
– 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
– 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup (or an additional cream of chicken if desired)
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup crushed cornflakes or buttery crackers (for topping, optional)

1. Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly greasing a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken and mushroom soups, sour cream, milk, melted butter, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
