Crockpot Dinner Made Easy
Ingredients:
– 1 large block of Velveeta cheese
– 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
– 1 can of cream of chicken soup
– 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
– 2.25 pounds of ground beef
– 1 box of bowtie pasta
Instructions:
1. In a sizable skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it is fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. In a crockpot, combine the browned ground beef, Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel Tomatoes.
3. Set the crockpot to low heat and allow it to cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to facilitate the melting and blending of the cheeses.
4. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
5. After 2-3 hours, once the cheese mixture has melted and become smooth, incorporate the cooked bowtie pasta.
6. Stir thoroughly to ensure the pasta is well-coated with the cheesy sauce.
7. Allow the crockpot to continue cooking on low for an additional 10-15 minutes, enabling the pasta to absorb some of the flavors.
8. Serve warm and savor the dish!
