Crack Chicken Tenders Preparation

Ingredients:

1 pound of chicken tenders

½ cup of mayonnaise

½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of smoked paprika (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

½ cup of breadcrumbs (optional, for added crunch)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil and applying a light layer of grease.

2. Prepare the Chicken:
Use a paper towel to pat the chicken tenders dry, then season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Create the Coating:
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and smoked paprika (if desired). Stir until a thick paste is formed.

4. Coat the Chicken:
Evenly distribute the Parmesan-mayo mixture over each chicken tender. If you prefer additional crunch, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

5. Bake the Chicken:
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F) and the coating appears golden and bubbly.

6. Broil (Optional):
For enhanced crispiness, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent burning.

7. Serve:
Once removed from the oven, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes. Serve warm alongside your preferred dipping sauce or side dishes.
