Air Fryer Pull Apart Cheese Garlic Bread ๐Ÿ˜

Ingredients:
โ€“ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee (a healthier alternative to butter)
โ€“ 2 tablespoons olive oil
โ€“ 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
โ€“ 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
โ€“ 4 garlic cloves, minced
โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste
โ€“ 1 loaf of sourdough bread
โ€“ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (cubed cheese can be used, but shredded is preferred)

Instructions:
Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for approximately 15-30 seconds. Combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper with the melted butter and mix well. Position the bread flat, horizontally. Using a serrated bread knife, make diagonal cuts in the bread about two-thirds of the way through, ensuring not to cut all the way through. Leave about one inch from the edges of the bread.
