Cheesy Baked Potato Rounds:

Ingredients

4-5 medium-sized potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch thick rounds

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 cup of shredded cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or a combination)

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Begin by preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato rounds with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, ensuring they are evenly coated.

3. Spread the potato rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they begin to turn golden brown.

5. After baking, take the sheet out of the oven and evenly distribute the shredded cheese and Parmesan over each potato round.

6. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

8. Serve warm and enjoy these delicious, cheesy potato rounds as a delightful side dish or snack.
