Pineapple Cheeseball

Ingredients:

– 2 packages (8 oz each) of softened cream cheese
– 1 can (8 oz) of crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
– 1 cup of chopped pecans (or any preferred nut)
– 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
– 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the drained pineapple until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2. Incorporate the chopped bell pepper, green onions, garlic powder (if desired), salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

3. Form the mixture into a ball shape and roll it in the chopped pecans to coat the exterior.

4. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours (or overnight) to enhance the flavors and allow the cheeseball to set.

5. Serve alongside crackers, pretzels, or vegetables, and savor the taste!
