Oven-Baked Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined (either fresh or previously frozen)
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil (or melted butter)
– 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for added spice)
– Juice from 1/2 lemon
– Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. Drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp.

5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

6. Finish by garnishing with fresh parsley and serve.
