Baked Pork Chops with Seasoned Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
4 medium potatoes, halved
Season-all salt, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Smoked paprika, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh or dried parsley, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Pan: Place halved potatoes in the center of a baking pan, cut side down.
3. Season: Arrange the pork chops around the potatoes. Generously season both the pork chops and potatoes with season-all salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and parsley.
4. Cover and Bake: Cover the pan with foil, sealing it well. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
5. Broil: Remove the foil, then broil the pan under high heat for a few minutes until the pork and potatoes turn golden brown and slightly crispy.
6. Serve: Let it cool slightly, then enjoy those tender, flavor-infused potatoes and juicy pork chops!
