Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken & Ribeye with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes:

Ingredients

1 lb ribeye steaks, cut into chunks

1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks

1 packet ranch seasoning

1 packet au jus seasoning

4 tbsp butter, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

Fresh parsley, for garnish

For the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes:

2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken & Ribeye

1. Prep Ingredients: Add the ribeye chunks and chicken pieces to your slow cooker.

2. Seasoning: Sprinkle the ranch and au jus seasoning packets evenly over the meat.

3. Garlic & Butter: Add minced garlic on top of the meat, then dot with slices of butter.

4. Add Broth: Pour in the beef broth.

5. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender and flavorful.

6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

1. Boil Potatoes: Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

2. Mash & Mix: Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add milk, butter, heavy cream (optional), Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

3. Mash until Smooth: Use a potato masher or hand mixer to mash until smooth and creamy.

4. Serve: Serve alongside the garlic butter chicken and ribeye.
